Berlin Fellow Speaker
I am a predoctoral fellow of the Emmy Noether Group RAVEN (Real-world Applications of Variability in Episodic Memory and Neurodevelopment, PI: Zoe Ngo) at the MPI for Human Development, Berlin. My research interests are the topics of memory, emotion and event cognition as well as related brain maturation across childhood.
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Johannes Gutenberg-University in Mainz and my Master’s degrees in Mind and Brain (cognitive neuroscience) as well as Psychology from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. My master’s thesis focused on noradrenergic neuromodulation and learning across the adult lifespan. Prior to joining RAVEN, I worked as a research assistant in studies of childhood memory development, where my interest in lifespan memory research originated.
Dissertation project:
Bridging laboratory and real-world memory across childhood
