LIFE Virginia
LIFE Fellow since 2025, University of Virginia
I am a second-year PhD student in Kinesiology, specializing in cardiovascular disease and exercise physiology. My research explores the menopause transition, with particular focus on the physical and psychological changes that occur during and after this stage of life. I have a passion for women's health and hope to better understand the impact of hormonal changes on cardiovascular disease, functional capacity, and quality of life. Outside of my doctoral work, I am dedicated to science communication and serve as a policy advocate and contributing op-ed writer to help make science accessible to all.
