LIFE Fellow since 2023, MPI for Human Development

I am a pre-doctoral fellow at the Center for Lifespan Psychology at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development in Berlin within the RHYME group (Supervisor: Markus Werkle-Berger). My research deals with understanding the mechanisms by which generalization is achieved, which memory aspects play a role in this, and how generalization abilities develop in early stages of life. Additionally, I am interested in the computational foundations of these abilities to better understand how various forms of generalization are related.
I received my BSc in Biology and then continued to study Social, Cognitive, and Affective Neuroscience, both at Freie Universität Berlin. In my master's thesis, I investigated the development of memory generalization in childhood at the MPI for Human Development under the supervision of Zoe Ngo.
